That could be a good reason for me to switch after they fix the immediate problems.

I, too, am curious. What exactly is/was the issue?
The issue is that addons like the 777 goes haywire and drops to single digit fps due to the tiles being too many to handle by the Sim. Apparently this is the case in XP too.
However. I do remember during the Expo that this was something they planned to fix for 2024.
So anyone with 2024 can fire up a 330 and try it out :). (777 not compatible yet)

Btw, the issue is not inherent to any specific addon, it is an issue which will pop up regardless of aircraft.
Are you referring to that issue ?: Unplayable frame rates over the north & south poles

Yes but I wonder if you could get away with the more simple addons. I know one who flew a Citation to NPL in real life, maybe that works :).
Anyway. Hopefully someone can check this out in MSFS2024 and see if anything improved. To me that would be a huge deal since the 350 has several routes through the Arctic Area.
