Hi @Yunchan2295

Please do not bump Bug Report threads, as you have previously been reminded in the past.

We’ll look to see if others are able to reproduce your reported issue, and if others are easily able to do so then we will log this for further investigation.

Thanks
The MSFS Team

I can’t reproduce this here. No crash or anything else. I see that the wire on the GPWS switch on the left side is missing though. I will file a bug report for this.

Can you give more details? For example what you did right before this issue or if you can reproduce this issue every time?

Hans

Same Here. It crash after loading flight plans and weights

Yes everytime. i also cancelled the Atr wasm folder to avoid conflicts with old versions

If you are importing FP using Simbrief, there is a dedicated report: Simbrief WASM Crash on ATR 2024

The report here is related to GPWS.

Thanks for your reply, in fact i do not have a Wasm crash after importing the simbrief flightplan but when i press the GPWS button only, but it doesn’t happen if i don’t load the simbrief flightplan.

I can reproduce this every time, when I click recover page from EFB, and click GPWS will got WASM crash.

I don’t think there is not supposed to be a wire on the guard of the GPWS switch on the left side panel. At least I have never seen that one wired in real life flying for multiple operators. Although it has the little hole for it, same for the audio cancel switch.

Visually there are more pressing issues than a missing safety wire, such as DU size and placement, color of cockpit panels and fire handles that somehow pull and then twist 90 degrees…

I can confirm this bug on both ATR 42-600 and ATR 72-600 (AAU04). Clicking the GPWS button on the EFB Maintenance page causes an immediate WASM crash every single time. All screens turn red with the error:

WASM: Error during Mouse Callback EFB execution. Error code: 0xc0000005

I also want to report two additional related bugs on the same aircraft:

BUG #2 — Terrain Test causes complete screen freeze (3+ minutes) Executing the Terrain Test from the EFB causes all cockpit screens to freeze completely for more than 3 minutes. The simulator becomes fully unresponsive. Reproducible 100% of the time on both ATR variants.

BUG #3 — SimBrief Pilot ID: Enter key does not confirm input When typing the SimBrief Pilot ID in the EFB, pressing Enter does not confirm or save the ID. The import cannot proceed. Reproducible 100% of the time on both ATR variants.

System: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D | AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB | 32GB RAM | Microsoft Store | MSFS 2024 Sim Update 5 + AAU04 | No Developer Mode.

@SeiteZentaur026 please keep an eye on these bugs
