in the PNG bush trip the WAVV airport is completely missing

I just finished the “New Guinea challenge” bush trip. The airport is there, but the runway and taxiways show as grass not paved. There is a “WAVV” Wamena airport on flightsim.to that is available. I was on PC version. That part of New Guinea island is actually in Indonesia not Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Flying into WAVV from another departure or spawning at WAVV yields the same result. All runways, taxiways and aprons are missing. Same problem if flying from the world map. It doesn’t have to be the bush trip.

FYI, that airport has been reported as missing here:

so once they add it to the sim, bush trip will be automatically fixed or unless they decide to remove/replace that airport in the bush trip, it is another option to fix it.

Ah yes, reported 3 years ago before the bush trip was even added. Still not fixed or even aknowledged :+1:

Reading more carefully that post and checking into the sim, as mentioned in above posts, it is not that the airport itself is 100% missing, you can look for the ICAO code and start at this airport, what is missing are the paved runway and aprons. Meantime devs correct it into the base sim, as mentioned by AlphaRecon219 a free flightsim.to mod can be used:
