Any updates on a release? I know the Beta has unlocked the premium aircraft, but it may not be official until August.
We have to wait till it’s Official, before we can release it …
The delay is agonizing, but on the bright side, it is in pre-release beta, and most of the bugs are found and fixed, and more features and detail are being added every day.
Who knew there were so many deeply hidden features & functions in the “simple” KAP140 AP, that you would never know about, even if you used it every day, unless you read the manuals in detail !!

One BIG setback in SU10 Beta, is that the Nav Radio Audio seems to be broken , even for the Standard Asobo Aircraft, which for a “Near Study” Aircraft, is totally unacceptable !!!
This is a major REGRESSION in SU10 Beta by Asobo , so hopefully will be CORRECTED before SU10 release,
So far, nobody seems very concerned, being more absorbed and distracted with more “Important” ? detail, such as the right for OTHER players to have a turbulence level slider !
Interesting Priorities for those who claim to be “Real Pilots”

I’ve been flying the Classic 172 in anticipation, and there are some minor weirdities as well, like the brake visuals working in the G1000 version but not the classic version. And ‘cold and dark’ doesn’t have the parking brake set in the classic.
The Asobo default Cold and Dark will not be an issue in the Mod, as the Mod has it’s own definition of Cold & Dark, as well as optional 100% State saving.
The only state that is not saved is Engine Running. If you leave the plane with the engine running and close the sim, the airport “Ground Crew” will turn your engine off, if the plane is left unattended !!!

Works for me, unless I miss the flight planner changing me to being on the Runway for my flight plan, I always start and end cold and dark.

Really looking forward to this. Will there be some engine modelling? Fouling plugs? Oil use etc? Is the Beta at the top still useable?

Best I can tell the Beta isn’t active, they are waiting for SU10 to release to make the plane available.

To be more precise, we are waiting on an Official statement from Microsoft, that producing Freeware & Payware Mods for their Premium Planes is now within MSFS Licensing, so that FS Marketplaces, such as simmarket & flightsim.to are “Comfortable” selling this Mod in their e-commerce site, and are doing so within the MSFS Licensing EULA.
We would also love to be able to put this on the MS-STORE, (so the X-Box users get the option to use it) but the wait list is so long to get Market-Place approval.
Some Developers have been waiting over a full year to have their applications processed, and even hear back as to if they are approved or not.

I guess that is no problem, looking at JustFlights Analog overhaul for the Caravan.
EDIT: well, ok, the cara is not an premium plane, if that would make a difference.
GUESS being the key word there.
Maybe JustFlight is privy to some information that the other e-commerce site are not.
To not be Assuming / Guessing, and to be sure, there needs to be a clarification from MS, as to precisely what the licensing rules are.
Reading the current Licensing for MSFS, it is very unclear (at least to a non lawyer !! )
One assumes ( assuming is always a dangerous thing to do), that such a clarification might come from Jorg Neumann, (Head of Microsoft Flight Simulator at Microsoft), maybe during the next Dev Q&A after the release of SU10, ?

Can’t wait either. I watched the Forder streams and really like what you and @WeptBurrito2749 have done. Knowing the great work on the C152 my expectations are high…
Quick question: I fly without a mouse in a home-pit but there are sadly some items I have not been able to bind to hardware within the default Asobo C172. For instance, lighting intensity for pedestal and glareshield. There are Lvars for those but I have not found how to control those. I hope this will be possible with your mod? And will the new options for the ADF be available as an Lvar?
Yes, the Mod has been developed with the Home Cockpit in mind… Air Manager compatible, and Stream deck / X-touch Mini, – using A&Os or Spad-Next.
ie I personally control ALL the lights with separate Encoders on the X-Touch Mini (NO MOUSE , searching for the right place in the VC !! )
