Weird issue - My UI background is not loading - Cannot play

This is a weird one and I have tried several troubleshootings already with no success.

The issue:
During sim lauch, the xbox logo pop-ups then just black screen, but the loading bar loads. But the video doesn’t

As soon as menu loads, the earth behind the menu UI doesn’t load. Its just black screen.
The free flight also doesn’t have earth loading. But i can see gates etc.

when itried to load up a flight , it will get stuck at loading.

Troubleshootings ive tried.

1. Reverting back to SU3.
2. Verifying files
3. Launching with no community folder
4. Updating all drivers
5. Deleting all steam cloud cache
6. completely reinstalling MSFS 2024.

I am completely stumped. I cannot figure out what the issue is. It only started after the last SU4 update. before that, it was flawless.

Do you have a nvidia card ?, if so look at that possible solution: Black screen, but with UI elements visible - #10 by swissy777

Thanks for the reply. Tried all the solutions in that post so far but still not working

I had the same problem and had made a system backup a few weeks earlier. I restored it and my problem was solved.
