Piper Arrow Turbo III
Britten Norman Islander
C310R
and the out of the box C152 for no frills fun.
I get so much joy from this sim. Unfortunately not at the moment as i can only play in VR due to my setup and this iteration isn’t working well with my PC. Hopefully after the next update I can enjoy flying these four again.
Honestly, it’s pretty great. Really fast. Some don’t like the cockpit, but I’ve come to like it for what it is. She tends to want to climb at full throttle, but it’s not a major issue.
I am absolutely pumped for the PC-12! Should be coming early September.
Someone else is working on the PC-24 as well. Not a huge fan of the CJ4, so this is something I’m looking forward to.
These may not even be the ones i fly the most or even the ‘best’ in a given envelope, but the ones I just plain LIKE flying, other than the Kodiak, not in any order.

Waiting HARD on the 2.0 islander, floatiak and the DC3
Kind of see a pattern there – yup low and slow for the most part.
New Updated Favs – btw still an XBox X user
1.Carenado Beechcraft Model 18 - got to love a plane that will kill you if you don’t do right by it.
2.Asobo C172 - slow and low and very forgiving plane. After the Beech Twin just 'bout any plane is OK
3. Parallel 42 KitFox - just love to land on sand bars, big rocks, fly under bridges and arches. Please don’t let the FAA know.
4. Asobo JU52 - love the sounds of three, yes, three big radials humming
5. Hjet - yes yes sometimes I just love to see what’s above the clouds.
I have the Model 18 in my hanger and I really abhor it, don’t fly it anymore.
JU52, excellent plane, love to fly that sometimes for a change from my favorites, C208 and TBM 930.
The Waco Y-MF5 is my daily ride for spinning around the neighbourhood. For high altitude flight I am loving the F-35 now that the flight model is stable.
so many TBM fans here <3
Also my favorite plane, really hope a lovely high-fidelity payware of the 840-850 or 960 comes out some day.
For now Mugz mod does me fine and the kodiak which is a little bit similar to the TBM.
I myself been flying the 737-600 quite alot lately as it’s a rocket.
other than that the FBW A32NX is just solid and flies great.
Fenix A320 CEO takes third place for me, waiting patiently for an update on it.
For a very senior novice the Savage Cub is the go to learners aero.
A joy to fly almost impossible to stall, take off and lands almost by itself.
Aerobatic with easy recovery.
Uncomplicated dash and dials.
Absolutely the best !
I do mostly short flights with some imaginary scenario in my head, and I have just a few planes that I use for different purposes. Giving a ride to some small group that needs to get from point A to point B is usually the DA62(X). If I get called for a cargo flight, then the Islander or Kodiak, depending on the client’s (imaginary) budget and/or how fast they need it to get there.
By the way, if you like the Baron, you should try the DA62 - especially with the DA62X mod. The performance numbers are very similar, but the Diamond uses less fuel.
