Attempt re-enact the Canal Flight phase #1. tried this with the Gnome first… not really difficult but make sure plan where to land. When Blériot flies for longer than ca 25 minutes, its engine won’t take back throttle. So the landing should be done without (engine off). I’m not sure if this is realistic behaviour, but I did not want to experiment half way… so I took a steady flight to ca 2NM from the target, about crossing the coast… then cut the engine.
