What did you do in MSFS today? (Part 1)

Nice reshape! Program?

It’s not my handy work and credit should go to the person responsible for doing this  just one simple word “Brilliant”! hehehe

Absolutely love the Stearman, for just tootling around over beautiful scenery it’s my go to favourite especially in VR. I have an r/c model plane of one that I fly using an onboard video feed through FPV goggles with a head tracking camera. A very enjoyable plane, both in the sim and with r/c models.

I CTD-ed twice on Xbox Series X

Always a constant learning experience - dusted off the Longitude and built a throttle configuration for it. Passing over St. Vincent and the Grenadines repositioning from Trinidad-Tobago to St. Maarten.

What I’m doing Microsoft flight simulator Xbox version I trying to fly because CTDS like crazy after sim update 9

I keep telling myself it’s only about 140 kts approach speed, but the runway grows real fast in the windshield. On final to famous RWY 10, Princess Juliana International, St. Maarten.

Savage Cub, home base, RT weather… awfully dark overcast here, matching RL… and wind… nice for landing practice  sitting dry, under a roof

Better in Rotterdam, some blue in the sky

By World Update standards, it was first out the door and hasn’t received all the tweaks later scenery did, but the watermasking in the Caribbean is still beautiful. Bringing the clients home from St. Maarten to Miami, FL440, M0.83.

Flew 5 minutes and tried reconnecting connection lost for 30 min

Last night’s flight was from Zell-am-See LOWZ to Innsbruck LOWI. I had to adjust the time so I could see the stunning scenery. The Nxi behaved perfectly once I had set up the correct approach. Landing was interesting as the runway was covered in a blanket of snow although the temperature on the ground was 20 degrees C. Looking forward to doing some more flying in the area having spent two weeks recovering from surgery by walking myself better at Zell.

People are still flying something else than the PMDG 737, the MadDog and the FlySimware Cessna Chancellor? This is blasphemy

Well - here are some nice new PMDG 737 screenshots for you…

PERFECT touch-down at the end of the runway. Unfortunately it was the wrong end but it was the second landing so don´t expect perfection yet. (And it came to a full stop before crashing into the trees thanks to the trustworthy carbon brake upgrade, so everything was fine.)

After getting rid of the HUD the view is so much better.

Finally some TRUE 737 PC-master-flair inside the cockpit instead of another 10 bucks arcade-sh!t toyplane release no one wants and needs. YES this is true PMDG quality  the next level and the zenith of flight simming has now been achieved. FS20 is now unrivaled thanks to the PMDG releases rolling in.

Panorama view thanks to these cool eyebrow-windows many older airplanes from the eighties and early nineties had.
