I crash landed the freeware 787 8 Charlotte to Chicago o hare because the landing gear didn’t deploy in time so I was forced to just belly land it but I made it to the airport this time I think this might be the last time I use a super modern longhual aircraft until I can fly the PMDG 777

Hi,

I’ve spent the last few days pottering around Europe in the A320 V2, enjoyable plane apart from the excessive fuel burn compared to SimBrief - Inibuids have said they will take a look at updating the existing profile this week if possible.

Below: Shame about the TLOD issue interrupting again, you fly towards the dark then suddenly the lights come on unless MSFS is simulating blackouts…

Love the mad shadow on this last image

Cheers, Neil.

I took the Transit for a joyride across Northwestern India today! Started in Pathankot and drove along Highway 44 to Samba. A great area for driving with an impressive view of the mountain ranges to the north!

In the evening I drove the rest of the way to Jammu. Couldn’t use real-time as driving in the dark is definitely not a great idea. But that way I could enjoy a beautiful sunrise!

Leaving the desert heat for the cooler 80s in the LA Basin. Rosamond to Whiteman. Nice mod for KWHP, but why use European registry static planes?

Bought the RAF Short Sunderland during the Summer Sale and took her out for her maiden flight in a nice little patrol pattern around Culdrose Navy (EGDR). This thing is fun to fly (and I’m only partially deaf after an one-hour flight!)

Nag and I toured the Mojave Desert along the Nevada/California border today (well, a few days ago, really ). You can read about it in our Pee-Wee and Nag’s Sky Tours (and Other Thoughts) thread. Part One is already up, but you’ll have to wait until Monday for Part Two. Duty calls!

Leaving on a jet plane.

There goes the neighborhood.

Is this an off-planet vehicle course?

Hello, Creator? Will you accept a collect call from V’ger?

What a dump. Literally.

Flew the a300 from OHare to Charlotte but am currently stuck in OHare because I took off with only 14 percent fuel so I had to come back in

Crossed the Celtic Sea from Helston to Quimper in my Sunderland. Most relaxed plane I flew in quite a while! I also upped the amount of ships on the seas and it really fits the experience of using a patrol flying boat.

Treated myself to a Cowan H125 in the sale. I need to set-up my Xbox controller properly as this was very tricky.

Departed Geneva and flew towards the summit of Mont Blanc, managed to land on the ice then descended into Chamonix and parked up the Civil Security Heli Base.

Cheers, Neil.

Felt grounded all week, just couldn’t get myself to get into the plane to fly. A few times I sat on the runway and watched it rain around me, but nothing more than that happened.

Did the weekly flight, hopefully more in the next few days

I bought the Maddog on release.

Now, only just started to learn to fly…missed out so much fun. Love it.
Red Dominicana flight No 763 MDLR - SVMI FL330

Addons:

Active Sky FS real time and weather
FSLTL, Cabby (My spanish translation was perfect) Ricardo was my Chief flight attendant very attentive to my needs.

Beyond ATC, GSX and FS2Crew (My Co-pilot was Carmen…very professional but not very talkative, cockpit was very sterile throughout the flight)

Continued down the French Atlantic coast from Beauvoir Fromentine (LFFO) to Vendays Montalivet (LFIV). Sunshine, great summer music thanks to a local station near Nantes and lots of vessels out on the sea. Upping the amount of ships two days ago was my best idea this week!
