2020, JFK to St. Louis. So many things to remember to get this plane to fly the way it’s designed to. Inevitably, I forget something (ie, ATC tells me to increase climb, while I’m already set to climb to a lower altitude, so I set the higher altitude and then forget to hit the altitude button so it registers the new, higher altitude - so, then, I’m hearing the ATC say, “I need you at the higher altitude - hooboy!). Can’t get lazy! Makes photographing the landing quite dicey. “Up, up, and awaaa-yay!'“

It’s not always sunny in southern California. Live weather from California Fullerton Muni (KFUL) to Jacqueline Cochran (KTRM):

Scenic California after take off… and throughout almost the entire flight:

Only at arrival at Jacqueline Cochran could one see anything at all:

Perhaps the weather in Europe would be better? Let’s see. Munich (EDDM) to London City (EGLC) in the 737-MAX:
Nope! Typical gloomy autumn weather in southern England:

I think it’s time to emigrate to Australia! :kangaroo: :upside_down_face:

Flew another fictional route I wish my local airport (KROC) had in the ATR 42 600, Rochester (KROC) to Adirondack Regional (KSLK), driving time by car to the Adirondacks is like six hours and 43 minutes to the mountains, while flying is actually around 25 minutes in the ATR 42 600

As usual with a new plane (Blacksquare Bonanza Pro) I spent the day programming my Alpha/Bravo/Streamdecks. I started with the A36, and will use that as a template for the A36TC.
I don’t think I’m going to do the turboprop Bonanza, since I’ve got the FSR500 fully programmed.
But who knows, maybe I will…

Then it will be on to the Baron Pro’s.

2020, Samoa to Rarotonga. Finally did everything right to capture the ILS, though it’s fun to fly by hand…

Flew from Paamiut (BGPT) to Narsarsuaq (BGBW) in Greenland. Having flown over Greenland a number of times on commercial flights, I still maintain the person who gave the country that name was either colourblind or a salesman trying to attract visitors! Live weather was full overcast and POURING with rain, so I decided to use clear preset WX. After that I really enjoyed the scenery. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: I was particularly impressed with the glaciers

Let’s…just start over.

Was that the thousand foot remaining sign we just passed?
