Guys, do you know what is the difference between Premium Update and Premium Deluxe Update?

No, no, I’m not asking about Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. I’m asking about Premium Update and Premium Deluxe Update
Look at this screenshot. There are 3 version of update. I know that there are 3 versions of the game: Standard, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. So I bought Standard and now I can see 3 more versions that makes me think there are 4 version instead of 3
