My best is 93% with the 737 and Airbus A330-300. Like I have no clue how to get 100%. I was also wondering the same about others players.
Now I do missions with the Airbus A330-300.
this was a full flight I did, it was an 13hour+ flight but I did not skip the flight, only using sim rate, My xp went flying up.

So when flying and reaching cruise altitude you talk to the passengers letting them know you at cruise level.
But I noticed I get everytime different, but that is I use sim rate etc, that why it might skip certain things we must say, but can’t cause we skip or sim rate too fast.
Like after the cruise at a certain point, you let the crew know to give food and drinks.., this for example I don’t get everytime.
Also after descend, I rarely get to let the passengers know we going to descend.
And then after landing, letting the passengers know they still need to be seated, until we reach the gate.
Like I got the all, but never all in one mission., so I guess, If you get this perfect you get 99% or 100% score.
After landing I always skip, It could be that going to parking without skip, but I just tried it, I didn’t skip that last part, but nothing to say to the passengers.
so there must be at least 4 or 5 thing I guess you need to say to passengers to get 100%…

i pick a 30 min mission, never skip anything, did all of these passenger annoucment , plus taxi safety procedure announcement. I still get 95%. the 5% is mysterious. again, you must achieve 0fpm landing, otherwise, you get 1-5% deduction.
Agreed, I wonder if anyone has ever had 100% for passenger satisfaction? If you bank the plane too much, if you descend too fast, if you do not do the call outs, if you dont feed them, if you are not on time, if you dont let then use the phone - There must be something else unless it is predicated on, the fact that humans are never 100% satisfied with anything, ever!
