So today I want to have a go on my FS2020. No chance. When I click on it, nothing. Xbox app…says its updating, but is not. Yesterday went on FS2024…still rubbish. When I exit FS2024 yesterday twice it did not close completely. Had to use task manager to kill it. Microsoft/Asobo/Limitless/Whoever have totally screwed both FS2020 and lets not even discuss FS2024.
We had to pay for this and my refund on FS2024 was point blankley refused.
I am astounded by this incompetance.

I would suggest, if you have issues that you create a topic specific to each issue (launching on MSFS 2020, and the exit issue for 2024). Those are not issues I have personally seen reported yet, but somebody else may have a work around, or the same issue which may help it get resolved quicker. The more detail you add, the more likely a fix can be found.

With refunds being automatically denied, this is because the AI is plainly looking at the 14 day rule. A lot of people have been having better luck reporting it through this link and speaking to a person.
