I doubt MS would renegotiate. In a perfect world, Carenado would likely have legal grounds for breach of contract. But MS’s lawyers would have Carenado bankrupt by legal fees before it would even get to a judge.

I can´t believe they wait for Thursdays to upload updates and, still, they fail. Planes updates should be available as soon as possible.
They had no isses uploading the update for the CRJ outside of the regular schedule though…
And I would love to take my Mooney out. One of my favourite planes. But there’s currently no way to turn on the fuel valve.
…and that plane was released on a Tuesday.

Just saw the news about another week of no Marketplace updates. This really is frustrating. Asobo/MS, you’ve got to get this figured out.
Do NOT (!) buy from Marketplace guys.
If you buy any product on MP, you will be left alone for month without critical updates and patches for your products. I would recommend buy directly from the developer and support them this way.

I live in a poor third world country. I would love to pay USD30/40/50/60 for a plane in simmarket but I can´t. The marketplace is the only place with affordable prices.
I used to be a big supporter of the marketplace. Having all my updates in 1 place without having to chase them down from various other resellers, have multiple accounts, etc to me was worth the extra week wait to get an update.
But this is now twice that Asobo have bricked my after market planes and that MS have dragged their feet for weeks on end preventing me from being able to use the products I bought from their store.
As a result, I don’t see myself buying anything from the marketplace in the foreseeable future. Maybe if they get their ■■■■ together down the road, I may reconsider. Until that time comes, they can get bent.
Now excuse me while I go give Just Flight some of my money.

But the repeated marketplace delay is very annoying as some addons really need an update due to SU5 compatibility

well, often their products are actual cheaper when you buy them directly from the developer.
The only place Xbox simmers can buy from is the marketplace, so hopefully that will give added incentive for it to be fixed/improved. No company voluntarily wants to nobble a potential revenue stream.
I had the exact same though. Like Biomutant an independent game has a few issues but otherwise were hot on it. We see the same with many others too, I just have Biomutant on mind having played recently. Yet Microsoft, one of the biggest companies in the world have somehow messed up their web shop to a point a days delay from usual still can’t fix…
I’d rather they got things right but they must have known of this issue before they set a date…
This is totally unacceptable. Two weeks on the run this has happened. I’ve spent over £100 on addons since launch last month and some of them are broken.
If any mods are lurking about get the message across because this is very poor form.
No refunds, no fixes, and only one place for Xbox users to go.
