This may help so im posting it. Some older liveries has a AI folder where the MODEL.xxx and TEXTURE.xxx folders are located within the airplane folder. Delete the AI folder if there is one. Had mine CTD because of that.
That has nothing to do with that. If it’s a CTD due to the AI folder, then the AI folder is incorrectly made or it has a broken reference.
That being said, a properly made MODEL.AI folder won’t cause CTD… but I admit, there’s not many livery mods out there that doesn’t take a proper AI model into account. Even I had to dump a lot of the mod structure and had to create my own livery mods to work both with default A320, A32NX, and AI traffic at the same time as well as adding some little details like the airline coffee cups, etc, I only take their texture files but everything else in my own livery mod structure is my own.
