In the startup video is the german rescue cruiser Herrman Marwede Hermann Marwede (Schiff) – Wikipedia shown. This SAR unit is located at Helgoland . Flying there, you will see the name, but another ship. Another bug or fake video ?

Are you flying to Helgoland in Free Flight? The startup video shows content from a Career Mode mission, so I wouldn’t expect to find that content in Free Flight as well. Whether or not that mission content is actually available though is another question. A lot of the startup/trailer video content is still not in the game after a half year since launch.
