Since the release practically every update released on a Thursday, around 16:00Z.

They’re usually released early morning Microsoft time (Seattle, GMT-8), 8 or 9 am I think.

Yeah almost always a Tue, I only recall 1 time it was release on a Thursday and that was due to a last min fix…
