All the non existent turbulence behaviour comes down to the up & down draft limitations, which were set by Asobo because people couldn’t handle the realism (you find all the important interviews in the second post of the thread).
That’s why it’s not a bug, so leave a vote in the in the thermals thread, we have almost 400, and it’s already in the weekly top 50, any vote helps to push the topic more into development focus
