Would love to have a fully functional Airwolf. Put Jan Michael Vincent in the pilot’s seat.
That’s the one I had as well (and SSTSim before it). I’m happy to spend on a quality item. But I’ll be very wary of installing it if the addon has “extras” malware like they got caught out for previously. I didn’t have that particular addon (think it was the A320).
That’s extremely bad form and no reputable company would ever do that, it destroys customer trust. After that I stopped using FSX completely, if one developer is doing that, who knows what other developers might also be doing. It destroys confidence in all of them.
Some of the cool classy looking crop dusters like the PL11 and the PZL M15 .
The PZL M15 highlights the peak of innovative Soviet era aviation technology …
It’s been said before but mine are:
Lancaster WW2 Bomber (not just the dambuster variant).
Mosquito a.k.a the wooden wonder from WW2.
Vickers Vimi (so I can re-create the fist non-stop Trans-Atlantic Fligh). sPK
Your sense of beauty is… umm… interesting…
The PZL M15 is a crop duster? Looks big enough to handle enough product to dust the state of Kansas!
According to Wikipedia …
It is believed that the M-15 is the world’s only jet agricultural aircraft (i.e., the world’s only jet cropduster), as well as the world’s only jet biplane and the world’s slowest jet aircraft, at least amongst aircraft that have been put in mass production
Anecdotally it was also unbearably loud.

A Jetstream 31/41 by Just Flight to go along with the superb 146 and RJ Professional would make my hangar complete as would a Turbo/JetProp Commander.
At least according to Wikipedia, it seems the plane was a failure - it didn’t meet its objectives properly versus the machine it was intended to replace.
Still interesting to see a video of it in Aeroflot colours - and it did seem extremely loud. It carried 3000kg of pesticides for use in the crop-dusting role.
Didn’t have the Concorde for FSX, but how were they able to replicate study level for a single user of the airplane? I thought you needed the full 3 man crew to actually fly it, so just curious how that worked for only one person controlling everything.
They had a virtual flight engineer option from memory that could control the fuel panel, but you could also do it manually.
To be honest it wasn’t that hard to manage it, the systems at least for me were pretty logical - you basically used the load-limit controllers to set the fuel moving (to achieve the CG required).
If you were new to Concorde systems it would probably be a steep learning curve but I knew the systems very well already.
The main tricky parts is knowing when to set the fuel moving to achieve right CG, knowing when you need to transfer fuel from the outer wing-tip tanks (5A and 7A) and then understanding that you need to use the AFT-trim system to run down the forward fuel feed tanks to a lower level to maintain the appropriate CG (59% approx).
It also had some air-con functions as well. Also had the air intake control systems (which you could control manually). It was very detailed.
What was great was how polished the automatic flight control system was, you could follow real world procedures absolutely to the letter. It was also great fun to go out of Cardiff and do Bay of Biscay loops back to London, it could really climb fast.
It was also a bit of an art to descend properly in that plane. You had to closely watch the weather conditions and respond accordingly or you might not descend quickly enough.
“Fall off the wall” was always an impressive way to do that. I never managed to beat the real world JFK-LON record, I did get a 2:57 one time with fortunate weather conditions out of NY.
Available on Xbox:
Any Aerostar (Piper, Ted Smith, etc.)
Any late C210 (C210M, T210, P210)
An Aerostar may already be in the works with some developer? And surviving 210s are hard to come by for modeling, I realize. One can only hope. Good flying and good luck on Tuesday!
Indeed! Aerostar 600 coming next year from A2A so it will be EPIC!
Definitely the Dash 8-200/400 and the Dash7 in study level quality, taking advantage of the new flightmodel improvements in Fs24.
Wishing Majestic finally brings their Q400 to MSFS 2024 sometime in 2025.
Yep the 145 is overdue.
Exists, and it’s pretty good.
It’s in the MS Market Place.
