Which Aircraft are at the top of your wishlist for third-party devs to make?

How would you rate it /10?

The twin otter. A high fidelity one with all variants.

That was available in 2020, but it was pulled from the market. 24 has one that I suspect is the original from 20, but with the added 24 features.

Oh I know. That’s why I said a high fidelity Twin Otter with all variants is on my list for 3rd party devs to make

Two that I would like to see are the
Piper Navajo Panther

and the
Aero Commander Turbo

It is one mean looking machine with the 5 bladed prop

Navajo! Navajo! Navajo!

Well, I have some good news for you! And @TinnyPaladin232

Not the same variant but close, from FlySimWare’s discord, they had a poll for their next project.

Nice pic but I don’t know about 230 knots. We used to flight plan our Chieftan at 180.
Maybe based on a short flight departing an airport at 9000 ft above sea level to one at sea level

Ha yeah sounds a bit optimistic.

I’m not very knowledgeable about the Navajo but I looked up the specs and they basically quoted the VNE not cruise.

Still though, FSW has a pretty good track record, I don’t quite consider them top tier personally but the 414 and Lear are very solid and given the overwhelming poll results I bet that’s their next project.

Personally I think it’s a bad decision by them, they asked for community feedback recently as well about why their Beech Sierra didn’t sell. The overwhelming response was that it’s too similar to the A2A Comanche and while good, FSW is not A2A level and besides the Sierra is the less exciting plane all things being equal.

Seems like they’re jumping into the exact same hole with the upcoming A2A Aerostar imo. Less exciting but similar plane that isn’t going to be A2A level.

Meanwhile I adore their Lear 35 because it’s something cool and unique that fills a big gap

Waiting for a dev to bring us a B1900D or JS31/41 or HS748/ATP.

A very well modelled Cessna T210. Great visibility, service ceiling & speed from the all familiar 172 layout. Really surprised there isn’t one out there already.

Just a guess, I have read that there are very few Centurions out there to model, IRL. Would be glad to have any of them, M, P, T!

Didn’t they make a few thousand of those? Unless they just didn’t last long in use or something, and Cessnas generally seem to last, it doesn’t seem like a plane that should be that hard to find.

I mean one of the best modeled GA planes we’ve got is the Beechcraft Duke which they sold just a few hundred of, not to mention the turbine conversion of which like a dozen were ever made

The fatal flaw with the Centurions was the box spar wing with no support struts. Lots less drag, a lot more ADs for cracked wing spars! It’s the reason I believe that so few are around to model. Too bad, great airplane otherwise.

I flyed IRL in a C177 … it is a very good plane and I wish to do this in fs2024

Ah thats a shame. They are certainly neat planes, fatal flaw aside

Le concorde

Any vintage bomber aircraft mainly US bombers such as the B-17, B-29, B-25, etc.

Would also love the piston commander 500
