As implied by the title, I have been trying to contact Zendesk this morning on several occasions, but all I get after logging in is a white page. refreshing the page does nothing. How can I contact Zendesk please?

I tried to repo this issue and was unable to do so. Try using a browser with no plugins, the easiest way is to use incognito/privacy mode - if that works one of your plugins is likely to blame.
But in the meantime, you should be able to send an email to support@flightsimulator.zendesk.com, this will automatically create a new ticket for you. When using this method you will not be prompted to provide specific information so please be as precise as possible.

Moved to #community:general-discussion-feedback. The #bugs-and-issues categories are more for core sim reports.
I am also unable to repro this and would recommend you try as suggested above.
