Why are some modified airports visible, others not?

Since FSX I have modified airports for on line flying with the
Scruffy Ducks tool Arport Scenery Design. I have corrected, moved and added taxi signs and taxiways where they didn’t fit with real world charts.

With MSFS In the beginning all new taxi signs and modified taxiways were visible in EGLL, LFMN, EHAM, LFPG as well as in EDDB, EDDH, LIMC, LFRN, LFBD, LFMT and others. After SU5 the modifications of the first four airports, i.e. “handcrafted” or updated airports or airports belonging to the super de luxe version, vanished.

But modifications of the latter six airports and some others I have modified are there - modified taxisigns and taxiways are visible.

That is also true for mlodifications made with the updated ADE tool (for the new SDK and .bgl-format). The more elaborate airports don’t have taxi signs (and sometimes not taxiways) in the right positions, directions nor with the right info. But the corrections I have made have not been accepted by MSFS/visible from SU5 onwards.

Correct taxisigns are needed for online flying, but Asobo doesn’t seem to think it is worth adressing yet.

Can communtity developers or Asobo designers explain why some airport taxi mods work and others don’t, or perhaps help how to manage this?
