So basically I noticed that my full fleet is n o longer flying everyday and I do
Regular mainteinance (which I find quite boring when you have 44 planes)
All crew is ON

Since from what I understand, there is no intention to listen on users feeback I am starting to loose hype on “career”…too boring to manage 46 planes maintance the it is, too many bugs.
For now I am selling step by step the smaller planes to buy bigger, so it is more manageable.
