check your audio chipset manufacturer’s website (be it realtek, or whatever) for updated drivers, maybe? also, check their forums for others who might be encountering the same symptoms.
The problem is i get the audio stutters using realktek (mobo), or if i use my monitors as the speaker source. (nvidea from the Displayportcanle). Same crackles.

I am 25H2 but don’t have this issue. I have done some different tweaks in my system that have given me this result

Ok. Where do you get your audio source from? Headset with usb dongle? Mobo with 3.5mm jack to speakers? I use speakers with 3.5mm.
My monitor has built in speakers so I use the Nvidia HDMi audio. I’m also use most of the time my Steel Series Artic Nova headphones which go through USB to an audio module with their Sonar application, transmits wireless signal to the headset.
Ok. That’s so odd. This is doing my head in that some don’t have this problem and some do. Some stutters i can live with but that annoying audio pop crackle is to annoying. And whenever i go back to 23h2 I never get a single audio stutter, but with 24 and 25 it immediate starts.
Yesterday I built my new flight rig. 9800x3d, X870e Tomahawk, 64gb 6000 CL30, 5090, 2 990 Pro’s(1TB and 2TB) on 25H2 26200.7171. I am coming from a 14900KF, Z790, 64gb 6400 CL32, 5090, 2TB Solidigm P41 Plus on W11 23H2(dont remember build number). MSFS2024 latest SU4 beta build 1.6.25.0, Nvidia 581.80.
9800x3d has PBO enabled, -20 all core. 5090 is using factory Gigabyte OC(might undervolt it but need to do some more thermal testing to see if needed). Ram is Dominator Titanium with XMP profile 1 enabled. I do have a 64gb Vengeance kit(6000 cl30 expo and xmp) as back up if need be.
Now, I’ve only had one flight so far, Fenix from Gaya KLAX to FB KDEN. PG on, Ultra preset(except I turn off fauna, traffic, characters, ground services, motion blur and Pre Caching back to Ultra). I made sure to enable and install locally(MP or comm folder) every add on between Lax and Den on my route, trying to really hammer the system with a lot of load in. Route took me over LAS, City Update(Asobo) and FT KLAS installed. My Colorado is filled with multiple small and regional airports on the western slope. Same with Denver, multiple 3rd party airports with CU installed.
edit Forgot to mention this was with live wx, no traffic or multiplayer. Just me in the skies alone enjoying the best flight I’ve had in months!
I did not experience any audio pops, cracks, stutters or anything stated above. Now granted, it’s one flight but it was a fresh rolling cache(increased to 64gb) so I imagine the download and rolling caches counters were active. I did not have dev mode on to check. Will be doing some more flying this afternoon and see how it goes.
I did not experience any audio issues on my 14900KF 23H2 system either as others have stated.

The issue turned out to be even more serious, because it turns out it also affected the performance of NVIDIA GPUs.
NVIDIA has released a very important hotfix that addresses and fixes the issue where lower performance may be observed after installing the Windows 11 update KB5066835.

I am still using Windows 23H2 and wondering if i should update to 24H2…
I have the western digital black SN770 as one of my drives and Windows 25H2 would not update because of it.
I downloaded the Sandisk Dashboard utility, it scanned my drives and flagged up the WD black as requiring a critical firmware update and would I like to install it?
Yep, it downloaded the update, installed it and 25H2 has installed normally.
Previously 25H2 Update would not install and for some reason it destroyed my VR framerates in the sim after aborting itself. Had to go back to 24H2.
I am having no problems with 25H2 at the moment.
This is with windows 11 pro edition.
