Is there a way to find out what the wind speeds are and different altitudes?

windy.com has that, slider on the right side to select altitude.

Keep in mind that nobody has weather measuring equipment all over the atmosphere, so all sources rely on weather prediction models.

Since MSFS Live Weather is using Meteoblue, You can also use Meteoblue weather maps as well. I like looking at the wind animation.
