Which A320 are you using? Stock or FBW? And if FBW, which version?
Yes this would be a superb idea for the next update, to make the displays more bright and vibrant and with more contrast.
In a real-life Airbus these displays truly shine even in brightest sunny daylight, and of course these displays are even less becoming so strange dimmed and greyed-out and overly dark for example when the sun is above the airplane and the cockpit therefore inside it´s own roof and cabin shadow:
