Not on my sim PC atm, so maybe try flicking a few light switches, until it toggles.
Edit:
From the operating guide:-
" PANEL
Panel Dimming Knob - The panel dimming knob controls the backlighting for the instrument panels in the cockpit. When the switch is set all the way to the right, on DAY, panel lighting will be off and “day-mode” charts will be displayed. When the switch is moved one position to the left (when panel backlighting illuminates) charts will then be in “night-mode.” Turning the knob to the left will dim the panel backlighting while keeping the charts in “dark mode.” When the switch is moved from a “day-chart” setting to a “night chart” setting, the chart should now automatically switch to the correct mode based on the knob position."
I have been very interested in this project from the beginning, but I decided to put installing it on hold because the last time I checked there was no way to use my Honeycomb Bravo to control its A/P.
You can use your Honeycomb Alpha with the WT mod. Some things work better than others, but I highly recommend you give it a shot. It is one of the best planes in the game.
My first flight in this plane in quite a while. Just installed the 0.12.1 last night and doing a flight now. I keep getting a fuel imbalance about every 50 to 75 miles. The left engine is burning fuel quicker than the right engine when the levers on both engines are identical. I keep manually adjusting the fuel level in the MSFS fuel menu to keep it balanced.
Yes, both engines are running and both are burning fuel, but the left engine is burning fuel faster than the right engine. The throttle lever on both engines is at 90%.
Yes, that was it. It was set to transfer to right. My bad, I am not 100% familiar with this plane and I did not set that myself intentionally. I switched it to off and things look better already within the first 2 minutes. Thanks for your help.
Q: When I copy the mod folder to my Community folder, why do I get an error saying the file path name is too long?
A: This is a Windows issue. By default, Windows limits file paths to 260 characters. You can disable this limit by modifying the system registry (not as scary as it sounds). Tutorials for how to do so can easily be found with a Google (or Bing) search.
I am sure this question has been addressed before or may be in the documentation but are custom views able to be set? I don’t like the default view as it is too close to the instruments and like it to be zoomed out further, especially on approach. I tried the ctrl-alt-num pad 1-0 but it will not save the view. I’m going to try a different aircraft to see if it works but just wondering someone here could help steer me in the right way. Thanks again to the dev team this is an amazing aircraft!
Installed the latest version of the mod. Loading up the plane works. Once I select the Upper or Lower Menu and change a setting, for example switch to ROSE or ARC. The PFD and MFD freeze. The sim is running and the plane is working. I can accelerate and move. The displays are just frozen. N1, speed tape, can’t set altitude, and nothing in the displays is moving.
It’s the sole mod I have installed. Removing the mod and the CJ4 works fine and I can adjust the displays and menus
