There is no present user workaround, no. We are implementing a workaround for this sim issue in the NXi code for the next release.

If those are screenshots of your G1000, then you have the NXi loaded for sure. I’m not totally sure I understand what indications you’re referring to.
Which rose indicator? Do you mean the HSI moving map on the PFD?

That’s probably a video of 0.1.0, where all the functions were white, regardless if they were implemented or not. That was changed with 0.2.0, where all functions available from the softkeys and other menus that we have not implemented yet are grayed out.

Hi, I cannot tune the ADF anymore, used to enjoy using NDB’s in the old version for some old school navigation, but on screen it says inop where you would previously tune the adf on the old version of the G1000? Anyone know a fix?
As per one of Matt’s previous posts, ADF is not yet implemented in the NXi preview, all you can do is go back to the stock G1000 or WT 0.4.0 mod until they add it to the NXi.
Bishop398, It’s reasonable to say ATC would normally vector you onto the final approach course, but if you were cleared by ATC for the full ILS 10R, “proceed direct ZEBED maintain 3600 'til established”, the procedure and the clearance would require you to fly one lap around the hold for the course reversal. For two reasons really, to reverse course and descend from 3600 to 2600. If you were at 3600 from SNS to ZEBED, losing the 1900 feet before MINCK would be very difficult. My GTN 650 allows me to remove the hold from the procedure but I’d be violating my ATC clearance if I did.
