World update 1: Japan - Not installed - Error: 3

I have the same issue with the Deluxe upgrade. Ticket submitted two weeks ago - NO response.
This is level of service is disappointing.
Can anyone assist in accelerating the process?

Content Manager shows “Error 3” – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support (zendesk.com)

All world updates since world update #1 Japan download just fine from the marketplace or content manager. But long ago I passed on WU1 Japan to save disc space. Many months later when I try to download it, I get “Error 3” message in content manager right hand side where it shows the status of the update, and it will not download.

There was also an information box about WU1 in the Marketplace that says you cannot download it unless you are running MSFS version xxx.xx.xx (a very old version number from long ago). I’m running the latest version and getting an ‘error 3’.

Anybody know what ‘error 3’ is, or how to fix the problem?

Just submit a ticket to Zendesk. You may find relevant topic in the forum via search about how to do it.

hi there im having the exact same problem CTD without any error messagejapn error 3 , cannot run the sim…its been lie 3 months that i cannot use it in any way…did you find any solutions?

I have a similar issue “japan procedural buildings”" says “error 3” and won’t download
I tried zendesk yesterday but there is no response.

I’m still having this problem in the middle of October. I can’t uninstall either in order to try a new installation.
