What luck that Germany has been brought to a level by the community that Asobo cannot achieve. So yes, an update is not necessary there.
Except for the rivers that flow uphill are very disturbing.

it is never ever going to be correct for the whole world.
It feels like waiting for Christmas when I was a kid. Checking every 10 minutes to see if the update is available. The time passes by slower than ever. Any idea when exactly the update is available here in Norway?
Usually the updates came at 10 am Seattle time, this is 17:00 in Norway.

Yep, seems I got messed up a bit with Seattle time (Microsoft HQ). But usually the previous updates were around 17:00-19:00 Norwegian time anyway.
