Xbox Insider Hub

I noticed that the Xbox Insider Hub is currently not available within my region Nigeria (Africa). Since this app is not accessible to me I could not participate in the current Public Beta.

Note, I am a Tech Alpha Insider (still looking for my missing tag).

Am I correct in assuming the Xbox Insider Hub app is region locked?

It doesn’t indicate in the windows store that it’s region locked. The only thing it says is

Your device must meet all minimum requirements to open this product
OS Xbox, Windows 10 version 17763.0 or higher
Architecture x64

Searching for “Xbox Insider Hub” in the Microsoft store give no valid response/app. Going to Xbox Insider Hub - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store and following the usual Get link 



no way to install or open app :thinking:

The chatbot on the Xbox Support wasn’t able to resolve this so I’m waiting to speak to a Human on Xbox Support in a couple of hours.

Well it would not be possible 


My country +234 Nigeria :nigeria: is also skipped on the ‘virtual agent’ interface so I can not input my phone number for a human to call.

:thinking: I am assuming ‘Xbox Insider Hub’ is region locked.

Same problem from Croatia (EU country). Simply no way to install Xbox insider. I was able to install it during Alfa testing.

Opening the Xbox Insider Hub getting an Error We’re having trouble accessing your account. Please use the Guide to sign out and then back in.

What Guide? Don’t see any Guide other than Close.

Also my Flight Simulator is messed up, settings, controls, Assistants settings ALL MESSED UP with no reason. Had my Last Flight Yesterday with not an issue at all.

Any ADVISE Please?

Can you post some pictures of the issue 
 rather than the generic ‘ALL MESSED UP’ :wink:
Have you tried the easier actions like restarting your PC for example :thinking:
