Xbox Series Marketplace purchases failing

Not once have I been able to make a purchase on the MSFS Market Place. Like I mentioned above I’ve tried all the “tricks/suggestions”, contacted ZenDesk (they replied that they’d look into after I sent them screen captures of all my settings etc.) no fix. So I took a chance and purchased the Premium Deluxe edition in hopes maybe it’ll unstick whatever is stuck on the MSFS MP store side and allow me one of my 3 payment options I have set up and use in other games with zero problem. Well, still no luck making a purchase in the MSFS MP store. Oh well, it’s def not the end of the world. I’m asking for a refund on my Premium Deluxe edition purchase, and will just fly with the Game Pass edition. That’s plenty fine for me. Once they get some of the market place issues fixed and def the 3rd party approval delay issues figured out, I’ll try again. Just wanted to share in case others are having the same issue. I just gave up. It shouldn’t be so hard on the end user to spend $$ and use their product. (don’t get me wrong I love the sim, and really hope they can figure all this out) BTW they made the refund like super fast. Like in a few min. fast. Thanks!
