Yep I bought on the in-game store. Darn, you’d have thought I would have learnt my lesson by now but I thought I’d try and give MS some money… aircraft.cfg does not show up 
But I do see all the other .cfg files.
EDIT: Ah but wait! 
For the extra liveries, seems I CAN do it, which is ideal coz now I only use those special liveries! So I will try this!
