Hmm, that airport is Deerfield Valley (4V8), in Dover, VT, which closed in 2019. I wonder if it’s flagged as such, which triggers the undesignated landing area penalty?
Either way, I don’t see any hits in the forum for the ID or the name. I’d report it to the master airport issue tracker so it can be addressed if/when the World Hub resumes. Unfortunate that the mission generator is so keen on biasing toward ski areas for the VIP charter missions that it insists on using improper airports just because they’re close to a resort. There are many much more appropriate airports nearby, like Keene.
