Hi everyone,
Does anyone know which day and time the missions respawn in Freelancer mode? (I heard they are generated, so there must be a specific day of the week for it.)

Just did a VIP mission and it failed my mission because it said I had strayed too far from the route. Which is rubbish as I was following a nav path designed by the mission without changing any waypoints.
Sometimes I get so P… off with this mode - please, for heavens sake, fix this mode!

I’m about to purchase my first larger aircraft for VIP missions having finally amassed over 5 million credits.
My questions / concerns are:
is the CJ or the PC24 running better in SU4?
Will these more heavily weighted VIP missions be from and more importantly, to, airports which correspond?
I know the vision jet is small but some of the runways I’ve have to land at, particularly in the NE USA/CA have been ‘a test’ shall we say 
Preferences are personal. I prefer the CJ4, it has less niggly faults. It doesn’t have autothrottle though. It is also a good plane to give you a feel for airliner avionics if that is your goal.
The PC 24 is easier to fly and is also available as a cargo version. It has the same avionics as the pc12 and can land on most surfaces.
Try them out in Free Flight and see which you prefer. I don’t think mission earnings are different but passive might be.
They do fly to larger airports but with pc24 you have to check because it can land on short runways.
I hit a mountain again yesterday with the Cessna 408 in career mode apparently it didn’t get the right amount of airspeed so I came back and found it lying on the roof of the aircraft

Did you slow sim rate ?
I don’t know what happened because I just got up to go to the bathroom and came back the autopilot was running and apparently my plane fell to ground landing on the roof because I had the right throttle settings with the correct fuel mixture and power level as well but the 408 isn’t getting the right amount of power
Man, all these issues crashing our planes, losing us credits and rep are so annoying and unfair.
The pilots are always bearing the losses of a buggy mode!

For my part I’m done with career mode for the moment, and I have 500h on it, but the last day I tried I got 4 major bugs on 5 missions: one crash at middle of the cruise (but that’s quite rare now), one “you left the parking stand”, one server error that’s made me quit the mission during cruise and one ag truck stuck in a tree
When you pass 30minutes before that to find an acceptable mission because the UI and generation system are ■■■■, It’s just too much for the same day, I should have made something like 13M of credits for all of that and only got something like 2 or 3
We didn’t get significant fixes/changes on this mode since SU2/3, and the worse is that some features available before are not anymore.. (boarding passenger on Saab/ES-30, the TERR on A320 etc..)
Still hoping for rework and fixes on SU5, if not i’ll just give up on this

That’s sad it has come to that for you. I gave up for nearly 6 months last year due to losing so many credits all the time. So I bought the ps5 game and started doing career in that. However, it has just started killing my missions again with crazy nonsensical bugs so I am on the verge of giving up too unless we get some positive feedback from the devs how they will fix this. All the people on ps5 will now be starting to see the problems. Social media will spread the ugly truth so they really, really need to pay some attention to it now.
I have the same problem!
I like to do everything myself, but with passenger missions, the plane appears parked, then an animation plays automatically and everything is already powered up. And at some airports, that little animation that appears from above when you skip that stage disappears completely and the mission ends (with over 200 hours played, this happened to me at 3-4 airports).
Does anyone know how to disable automatic advancement in career mode > Passenger Airline? I want to start a plane from scratch, not have everything happen automatically.

Mine always start cold and dark. I never knew that happened 
that some were already ready to taxi
Sure, it starts in cold and dark mode, but after about a minute, it automatically moves to the next stage.
That happens to me in career mode on my SAAB 340B.

That’s unfortunate that happens and takes the choice out of your hands. I hope you can get it fixed.
rather than fix a horrible physics bug which threw your plane into space or underneath the ground, the devs decided to skip straight to taxi.

I just wonder when we will hear when the next dev twitch stream will be so we can get an update on what the plans are. It’s a while since the holiday ended so where are the team?

I gave up a few weeks ago, i got back2back cloud issues in the A330 6hrs into a 10hr long haul. Back2back, so that’s half a day wasted with the cloud error popping up that won’t go away. I reckon about 60% of my A330 flights are successful, the longer the more risk. Now can’t trust its reliability these are poor numbers 60%!!
If there is no progression and lots of wasted time, free flight it is. SU5 has to fix these issues or the mode will forever become useless and 3rd party won’t touch it, which makes it even more useless
I gave up on it earlier, only returned to see if anything changed and gave up on it again
