Released for Xbox a couple of Thursdays ago. Seems to have gone unnoticed…
Any plans on making it compatible in 2024?
Yes, definitely. We are finishing KMHT first thought, and then focus on the porting PWM. It should work mostly fine though as it is right now
Good to know!
I’ve been using this add on for a few months now. It looks like a recent msfs 2020 update has caused ATIS to break. If I manually set the frequency, the ATC dialogue says “Not in use” and I don’t hear it or see it. I uninstalled the addon and ATIS works. Reinstalled it and it doesn’t work. Running v1.0 2.
Thanks
Great! Some optimization may be needed, in both sims. In 2024 today, I was flying around Portland and was at 55 FPS and that dropped to 32 FPS just buzzing the tower, and some point away jumped back up to 58 FPS again. That mirrors my landing experience as well…
Hmm okay that’s weird. I’ll see if I can fix it when we work on the 2024 update
We will look into it. 2024 still needs optimisation as well so hopefully it will improve with the coming patches, but we’ll see what we can optimise
Bit off-topic here, but do we have a rough ETA for Manchester, NH? And will it be 2024 only?
I installed it in 2024. Only issue I see is the blue edge lighting is super bright, on my airports I made in 2020 and moved to 2024 were the same. I had to delete them and use the 2024 lights. And some ground textures are not there. Also the airport beacon on the fedex side behind the maintenance building doesn’t light up. Other then that seems to be good.
No ETA yet unfortunately, but it’s progressing very nicely. There’s some pictures in the discord server if you want to check it out. And we are likely releasing it for 2020 first, and then immediately port it to 2024
Yeah the blue lights is a 2024 issue… We’ll get Portland into 2024 once MHT is done, as it seems to work relatively well for now
Can you please link an invitation to your Discord channel?
Would very much appreciate the same…
Of course! Aero Designs
