€460,000 to be exact!
About A330, I saw A330 in 2024 and read somewhere that variants 200 and 300 will be included in MSFS2024.
It will be made by iniBuilds, so, until now I am very satisfied with iniBuilds addons and for me there is no point for Aerosoft’s A330. To late Aerosoft.
You prolonged to much. I know, it is not fast and easy process to make complex aircraft addon. But some other devoleped high fidelity addons even from scratch.
And I wonder who would buy A330, when you get one in base game.
Nobody not specially with Aerosoft reputation for updating products.
This project is dead.
Mate, exactly that…
Totally understand why one will go for pmdg 73max vs the default one and the 777 and 736,7,8 and 9 all speaks for themselves not to mention… The 744 (when it come out…)
VS…
Aerosoft and inibuilds a330…
Both very very similar software manufacturers in fedality (inibuilds would be just below pmdg/Just Flight) with the A300, maybe lost a tiny bit or respect with the FREE A310…
But Aerosoft…
Crj and the Twotter… Especially the current debacle with Twotter…
It’s fair to say aerosoft have completely mucked it up and unless they rush it out for a cash grab like the Crj…
They’ve completely cooked this one and I’m certainly not going to buy another product from them, nor any third party software I can get from other stores…
To pay top dollar for the crj with its many bugs and short comings four years later vs the hard working JF/Pdmg even inibuilds team… I mean… JF could have easily charged again for the Bae for effectively a full rebuild (developers of Dublin Airport have…)
Twotter…
That whole debarkle of the sound stuff not to mention their systems etc and genuine people getting totally f over… For fixing their short commings for free…
Now for what, a product we paid 50 for… Free…
That’s a slap in the face for all who paid a now free product…
Yup…
Never ever again aerosoft…
Not one more cent will ever be spent including any of the third party stuff I can get elsewhere…
I will never buy an Aerosoft plane again. Period.
Jup never again an Aerosoft product after the CRJ
Horrible bugs for years …. Horrible forum moderation … partially moved to PmDG now … but will stick to my point of never buy Aerosoft again
No one likes a horrible hug
We still waiting for a update on the crj, when was the last update? 2 years ago.
Bad communication, bad update support, there’s zero chance that I buy the Aerosoft A330.
Wait about 5 months more and you will get one with msfs24
Youll get 2. Lol
Well, I bought CRJ, not great, not terrible.
It is not high fidelity, but for normal ops, I am totally fine.
Some thing could be better, what I noticed is hydraulics works, even without hyd pumps/engines are on.
I didn’t purchased Otter, because I am not too much in GA.
iniBuilds, have more than good addons, at least for my demands. A310 was more than I expected.
Look, I feel like alot of us like the crj “like” is the key word…
I still fly it from time to time as I love flying the Lufthansa flights
But…
For what they effectively did, released a advertised “first complex aircraft for msfs” and cashed in big time (daylight robbery) for something that was I belive 70 or 80 nzd and to pay that on a aircraft (it was my first ever aircraft purchase loved it) that was and still today.. Full of bugs…
You really do ask questions why there are all of these mods that you have to pay for to make the aircraft bearable and they had basically four… FOUR years to launch a few updates…
Maybe one…
Maybe two…
Updates
VS
Pmdg/JF constant updates for a aircraft that felt much cheaper…
Maybe because I’ve actually got more than my money’s worth…
Going back on the A330 topic…
I’ll never be buying that product or any from them again…
And actually when I think of it…
Atr 72…
That’s all I have to say on that matter too…
They’ve taken my money three too many times now and to now be offering one of those for free…
At least you know what you are getting with the Captain sim stuff etc…
These guys actually build and advertise what they think is a high fedality aircraft and not comeback to it if there are major bugs and take you to court if you dear even thinking about fixing it for the greater good…
I jumped off the Aero$oft A330 bandwagon long time ago after I got burned with the twotter. Not buying a thing from them till I see the A330 in action and compared to other offerings.
Also want to see some progress/updates on the CRJ. Thing is, I actually liked the CRJ at first, but it’s been eclipsed by far better offerings such as the JF F-28 and BAE-146. CRJ really needs some love and attention.
Worst part is how they constantly rationalized it with ‘marketing data’ and bragging about turnover vs development effort. Also didn’t care much for lying to the community with that broken Trimwheel “animations cost a lot of memory, there’s a reason Asobo doors don’t open, didn’t you know, stupid?”
Put that behaviour next to all those awesome developers, big and small, who have a passion for their product, proud to put it in the hands of the community…
Anyway, I vote with my wallet. I sometimes even purchase products not because I care so much about that particular aircraft/utility but because I care about a particular developer who I want to support and keep in business. This one obviously not being one of those anymore. Keep telling customers you don’t care and that’s what you get.
How’s that for marketing data.
Could it be possible the A330 model we see in the trailer is the Aerosoft one? We already know that the Twin Otter was Aerosoft’s, so is it possible they also got the A330 and sent both to Inibuilds for open heart surgery? It would help dig Aerosoft out of a deep hole for sure.
I just have this burning image after watching to much ER episodes of a A330 lying on its back with a whole lot of surgeons gazing into the open chest of the A330 that’s all hooked up to tubes and what not with a sad group of family “areosoft” looking on in horror and distraught looks on their faces…
I can’t rembember where I heard info, that A330 in 2024 will be made by iniBuilds.
I hope it is true. Only what I would like to see, that it doesn’t disable time compresion, like it is disabled on iniBuilds A300 and A310. I reall do not have time to sit whole day for transoceanic flight, that could be 8-12 hours long.
No you’re right, it’s definitely Inibuilds. I’m just trying to make sense in my own mind as to why Aerosoft would even bother to continue with their own, given all the issues. To me, it would make sense just to go, “we need to get rid of this, have it”, then Inibuilds get the thing on an iron lung and start work.
Also, is Inibuilds a large team? They seem to just pump out addons like a machine.
Jorg confirmed during his presentation with Seb at Flight Sim Expo 2024 that the Airbus A330 that will be included in MSFS 2024 is being produced by iniBuilds!
Thanks
The MSFS Team
Aerosoft is receiving 459,000 Euros between March 2023 and February 2025 from the German Ministry of Finance and Climate Protection (BMWK) for developing Airbus A321 NEO and A330 NEO for MSFS.
