Some recommendations prior creating a bug report:
- Always make sure the issue you are reporting can be reproduced with the base sim without any addons, only using 1st party addons

If the same, then you can contribute there - For all the issues related to performance, also search in the User Support Hub > Install, Performance & Graphics for similar reports that can provide solutions, tips, guidance. If no one can help, you can create a new topic including the detailed description of your hardware, settings, many users are very knowledgeable and can provide good recommendations.
