Aircraft Traffic Type Setting incorrectly named: also controls Sea traffic

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
• Aircraft Traffic Type also controls the simulation of world Shipping traffic.
The Settings > General > Online > Aircraft Traffic Type option is named incorrectly. The option controls all Real-Time Online and AI Offline Air and Sea traffic.
• The setting name and both descriptions should reflect that the setting controls how the world is populated with AI Air and Sea traffic, either Real-Time Online or AI Offline.
• AI Offline should be renamed to Offline Traffic. Both Real-Time Online and AI Offline are controlled by AI, neither are controlled by players. The first Description sentence refers to both as AI traffic.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Open Settings > General > Online > Aircraft Traffic Type
2. Observe the description “Choose whether to populate the world with AI traffic.”
3. Enable Real-Time Online.
4. Observe real-time air and ship traffic are displayed.
5. Enable AI Offline.
6. Observe artificial air and ship traffic are displayed.

If Air Traffic Type is disabled in the Online category, you’ll not see any sea traffic. Or this option should be renamed or divided into 2 options, one for sea and another one for air traffic.
