Here is what I have come up with as a workaround to not being able to have an “instruments window”.
BTW: This thread is basically the same wish. It has 107 votes compared to this thread’s 19 votes. My alternate wish to simply have an instrument panel window (vs different camera views) apparently fell into a black hole.
