Best stick/throttle for Left Handers?

Hi everyone, I’m new here - which of course runs the risk that this has been asked before - but I did do a search, and couldn’t see the answer I’m looking for.

I’m looking at buying some kind of hardware to control the software - but being left handed, AND also using an Oculus Quest 2 - I’m cautious about making a mistake. Having searched about the left handed thing, the most common hits seem to be the T16000M - but the throttle control matched to it seems to ALSO want to use my left hand.

Now, I may have two left feet when I dance, but I don’t have two left hands. I know I could get a yoke, which would solve the issues, but I’d rather have a stick as a preference. And I’d rather keep it on my left side.

Of course, I’ll have further questions about how the Quest will impact using hardware - but I guess that’s best kept to the VR community space.

I do hope this isn’t too common a question to cause frustration.

John

For left hand stick, read this post:

And read this topic:

These will give you a first idea.
I’m talking about Gunfighter III because it’s the one I own, but all things about left hand grip are similar on the Gladiator, wich is cheaper in price but still having a real good quality.
For VR I can’t do anything for you, completely out of my knowledge.

i’m left handed like you. but as it comes to fly or drive, i surprisingly become ambidextrous.
No matter were the controls are, i’ll use it.
So i’ve bought a warthog and i’m fully happy with it.
maybe… give a try to some more “standard” stuffs ?

Thank you.

I use the Thrustmaster TCA Airbus Edition myself. Relatively inexpensive and fully ambidextrous.

Ah, thanks - that looks like a great option. Really appreciate your time.
