I just spent 2 hours in the Fenix. Well that’s not quite true, I spent 2 hours in the controls settings screen setting up bindings on my new flight stick and throttle, with a few goes at testing the buttons in the Fenix to see if they all work. I didn’t get further than turning on the battery switch…

You using SPAD? I forget. I’d be happy to share my snippets with you if it would be helpful. I have the Fenix dialed in pretty well (at least as far as the things that I’ve personally found useful in mapping to hardware).
