So, after some diging problem with clear sky, I found at what point it stops working in all situation.
Start flight with live weather, fly from one to another airport, then taxi to parking and shut aircraft off. When you get END FLIGHT window and pressing exit to main menu - next flight will be WITHOUT live weather. Completely clear sky everywhere in the world and 29.92 baro.
Nothing will help you, only restart simulator.
Long time known issue, they probably fix it later this year.
There’s already a bug vote thread for this. It would be better to just add to it rather than starting yet another thread and splitting the vote.
