I wonder if I’m the only one getting this - it’s the same thing today. No matter what “tricks” I try, I can’t spawn anywhere.

• I have similar issues with MSFS 2024 – it takes a long time to load and stops running at various points. The furthest I have gotten is to open Free Flight, then the program freezes or returns me to Windows main screen. It worked well for a few months and started acting up just a few weeks ago. I have re-installed 2020 and 2024 multiple times, updated drivers, tried repairing the program in XBox, scanned disks, etc., and nothing works. How can I get the program to run? Don’t ask me for my specs since the program ran well for a number of months – this started just a few weeks ago.
Sure hope beta users are reporting this is not fixed!! It’s AWFUL in SU1.

It seems fixed in the latest SU2 Beta build. I haven’t come across it in quite some time.

Same, no problems here.
I have the same issue. Loading screen circle is turning endlees but I can`t start a flight to many times.
zoom in / zoom out / start again max 3 times … as workaround is still possible to solve it. Flights are loading after the workaround. TLOD is still on 400 no need to change for me.
Same issue here, this is really frustrating.
The only workaround that consistently work for me is to close the Sim and restart it.
When I’m at that point, I just close the Sim then do other stuff with my life. Hardly a workaround haha

Well nevermind it seems it’s back. Selected an airport in the middle of nowhere in Nebraska and it’s stuck loading.

This is the most outrageous bug I’ve come across in a game by a mile, and I can’t even fathom how this hasn’t been fixed already. Every loading screen feels like a lottery—you never know if the game will actually load, crash to desktop, or if you’ll just give up because 20 minutes later the little loading circle is still spinning.
And the worst part is, if it happens once and even the workaround doesn’t help, the game simply won’t work again and it will crash every time you try to load, unless you reboot the entire PC—just restarting the game won’t cut it. It’s shameful that things are still like this at this point. And from what I’ve seen in the SU2 beta, things are only getting worse. At least in the retail version, it loads once every four attempts; in the beta, it just crashes every time you try to load the map. Absolutely disgraceful.

hey guys,
i have this insane problem, that the msfs24 is sometimes working fine, and then not… this morning i made 2 flights without any problem, and now i clicked on Fly now or even tried with ctrl+enter but it is not loading on to the airport. I keep hovering above the airport in a infinit loop. I had this issues many times already. I feel like the server are busy or something and its not letting me join. It’s like the same problem anyone had on launch, where they got stuck hovering over the airport.
I am very sure, that my pc/msfs24 is setupped correctly since it is usually loading me in, but espeacially on daytime i get this problem. i never had that problem on night time.
So, what’s going on microsoft? I wanna be able to fly when i want to, not depending on server capacities… so how can i fix this? I really wanna fly NOW! win 10, 3080, 1 gigabit internet, fenix airbus, but its the same behaviour with the standard planes.
You guys need to fix this. I just gave up after 45 minutes of trying to get into this sim and fly. I expected a rough ride with 2024, but we’re a number of months in and this game is still very, very broken.

Yes, I’m not sure what is causing the delay in solving this issue. All they have to do is fix it. Now.

But I see APRIL 10TH, 2025 DEVELOPMENT UPDATE on FEEDBACK SNAPSHOT, and " Bugs MS2042 lifetime".. that the issue is nr. 25 and under investigation.. hoppefully it will be solved when SU2 is out..

Having this same issue, everything worked fine yesterday. Went all the way down to blank community folder and it wont load a plane into an airport this monring Central US time.
Same for me, but after a few minutes, I hit Esc, went back and changed the weather to “few clouds”, then ran it again and after about 10 seconds of spinning, it worked. I don’t think my changing the weather had anything to do with it, since I was aiming to make just a minor change. I think it’s because I got “out of line” by hitting Esc, then “got back in line” after I re-ran it and then it worked - meh, who knows, I’m probably wrong.
