I was able to pass several exams and thus continue my Career Mode.
However, there are several issues I would like to report:
In the mountains, the proposed trajectories with the Cessna are impossible to follow. The trajectories either take us through the mountains (e.g., during a city tour) or require climbs that are impossible for the Cessna to achieve.
Additionally, even though I have the specializations for Ferry, Skydive, or Cargo missions, only ‘First Flight’ missions are being offered to me.
Additionally, I am often penalized for not making radio communications when flying over an airport, even though I have no option to do so
Career mode is broken. The exam of private pilot licence don’t have dialogues and after passing exam the game is stuck when pilot and teacher standing on the airport and you can’t do anything about that. I choosed Ostrava - Mosnov as my airport on career mode start.
I have problems with some airports, when doing a basic mission, just after starting the walkaround the plane is on a slope and hits the ground, causing an “accident” to occur and my rating drops from “almost A” to “B with 0 XP”. After hitting “Restart” it says that there has been an error and that the mission cannot be done, but the damaged rating does not go back up. It has completely ruined my experience and with how complicated it is to raise your rating it is going to be very hard to do.

I understand they can be bugs. Some recommendations when creating a bug:
prior to create it, search if an existing one has been created
if no existing bug exists, create a new one, including only 1 issue per topic, using the provided template. Don’t delete it, it is very useful for the devs and other users that want to participate to it.
Just as an update I found that you need to pass the first “yellow” missions (Cargo, Ferry, SkyDrive) in order to get the proposal in the main map. So this one is not a bug
I was able to pass two certifications so far. Some missions are really bugged. Sometimes it does not show the trajectory, sometimes it shows wrong patterns and sometimes the planes have problems they do not have in free flight, like no speedometer in the Robin, no sound in the Beachcraft and so on. I have brake problems what made me cross the end of the tarmac many times destroying my reputation. The brakes don’t have ABS and stop working when using the rudder. So far small problems but annoying.
I have had several issues as well. the biggest one being mission steps not advancing or ATC just not working causing negative performance rating. also missions where the game seems to not recognize a run way or taxi ways that have trees surrounding the hold short point making it impossible to get to. game told me to climb all the way to FL170 and then just doesn’t advance the mission meaning I would have to complete a 17 hour flight in order to complete the mission…
Edit: Hold short point Also will move some times behind you on the runway making it impossible for certain planes to turn around with out entering a taxi way and getting a negative mark.
Instrument rating. Right from the start it cuts off a coms message that you are supposed to reply to but are unable to, this breaks the coms for the rest of the test. Including which way to exit the runway? The taxi markers send you the wrong way. Since coms is broke no way to get taxi clearance.
Yes, I found those errors too. The brakes goes off as soon as I touch the rudder to correct trajectory. Yesterday I’ve flown with a tourist attached to my left wing from taxi to landing. What a joke it was.
Career mode has been buggy since the very beginning and still doesn’t work on my new gaming pc. I go through the intro and outside to the plane but the image shows me stuck half way in the pavement with a reflection of the pilot in the ground. I try moving around and looking at the plane and it doesn’t work. Sometimes the mouse works, and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve reinstalled the game three times and tried every day since the release to see if it would work. The update hasn’t helped and resetting career mode and changing airports also hasn’t changed anything. If anyone has any tips, I’d really appreciate it.
It‘s impossible to start the career because the character is glitched into the asphalt and pressing shift + c won‘t let you enter the plane. I tried changing the keybind but I can‘t find this keybind in the menu
