I tried uninstalling WU VI (includes Switzerland), but LSZH 1.0.1 came actually with SU7 and seems to be impossible to delete separately from sim. Anyway that did not help.
So happy to know we are not crazy with this LSZH case but it has its own thread.

Don’t have more ideas how to fix this, so I guess will report as bug once again and stop trying to be anywhere near LSZH.

Another CTD I experienced recently was on final to LAX after almost 13 hours flying route LO21 (WAW-LAX). But that was once and I have not tried to re-fly that yet.

I know there are many reports of various issues that tend to come about during extended hour flights. Everything from black avionics followed by a CTD to exceptionally poor FPS towards the end of the flight.

I feel pretty safe telling you that I fly in/out of LAX and other airports in California, regularly, and I don’t have issues with them, so I’d suspect something about that duration of flight being the issue.

I noticed too (again) that if you stay in a flight for more than around 2 hours the displays (A320neo and others like the Kodiak…Xbox) go blank.

  • Load game to airport at gate

  • Input flight plan to MCDU (KORD to FAOR) <–have attempted other airports as well

  • Submit flight plan to ATC (Approved)

  • Takeoff, fly to waypoints

  • After 10 hours in-flight, game will CTD to XBOX home page

I also can’t use the 787 or 747 for long hauls. I won’t even bother anymore because of the CTD’s.

I am with you I had a CTD last night with a flight on unlimited fuel from Uniklette Alaska PAUN to Sau Palo SBGR in the Honda jet while on final it crashed to desk top. Then from Abilene Tx KABI to KFLL this evening.
If you can not fly long flights what is the point?
As real retired Pilot this is really aggravating!

Seems to be an issue every time when about to touchdown currently. Im not sure whays gone wrong with theatest (beta)build but its totally broken the game. Such a shame as the game is rendered unusable. I hope SU10 will sort it as the beta build was doing a decent job of seemingly improving performance xbox xbox-series-x

20 hours into a flight to New Zealand, no bugginess, no crashes just yet, usually its gone by now. Will see on approach and landing where I have seen it crash before:

Probably sound like a broken record been happening every single session for the past 5months for me. I have been having nothing but issues for quite sometime with MSFS2020 CTD. It’s getting ridiculous as it’s pretty much unplayable. Before you ask. Yes I have uninstalled, and reinstalled, I have removed and added my profile and a new profile, I have removed all 3rd party add-ons, turned down graphics, turned off live traffic, real time weather, pretty much every single trouble shooting tip I have been able to find. I have sent a ticket in, just waiting for the generic response. Game is up to date and all that jazz.

It’s crazy to think we are paying for this level of product.

It’s late 2023, a week and a half before 2024, and it’s still happening. It’s honestly disheartening. If anything take it out of the premium deluxe Upgrade, but they keep selling it for 85 USD. The main reason I bought the upgrade is the 787, and it’s barely usable. And that’s ignoring the pitch trimming issue. It’s genuinely upsetting and heartbreaking to see that for more than three years this is an ongoing thing and they still haven’t taken it out of the market or made any major improvement.

I was doing IFR flight From kBCE Airport two kASE airport And midway through Without no reason the game froze, and then it quit the game entirely.

Been really bad lately. Will not load past blue bar at start today.. randomly.. lately been getting really bad. One flight
Than it croaks on loading next flight pops..dies..
Every time.. I’ve invested a lot of $$ into this. Now wishing I could be refunded. Can someone test things.. quality control.. just frustrated.. been 3 hours.. nothing. Tried all the tricks.. still . 2024 will not be purchased. Thanks.

i got a new (better) computer with Windows 11 , GTX 4070 (everyhting good updated at latest) and now: MSFS 2020 is not working.

I can install 2GB and then need to be start MSFS2020.
Now i see the small image videos and than the MSFS2020 Screen is coming and direct crash ! So the ingame install does not started. I tryed almost every tricks (as administator, appriov C++, Nvidia … nothing works. And 3 hours looking for a solve post , but nothing.

Unacceptable releasing other patches and not focus the importance of career mode it barely runs on Xbox consistently CTD. Super annoying.

Hi,

Tonight I had more than 4 CTD`s on Xbox X with my recent purchased Boeing 787-10 from Asobo.
Tried several airport in the USA.
No chance I had to get this airplane no matter where.

I did not get ever over the loading screen. :enraged_face:

I mean seriously, is there not a Quality Assurance kind of a team before release on Xbox X!

A Xbox X is a Xbox X, not more, especially on a HD monitor.

I got a brand new Xbox X, with extended Guarantee!!!

What are they selling on Marketplace??? :enraged_face:
