Please, make bunch of new spotlight events.

I’ve posted before in here but adding my voice again to say i too would also really like more weekly/spotlight events to be added. Either more each time, more frequently or put old ones into the game with them counting towards the total completed
I’ve played since MSFS was released on Xbox in July 2021 (39 months ago) and in that time, there have only been 5 events (listed below) which equates to one every 163 days.
To put it into perspective, if they had been weekly events, we’d have had 117 events since the Xbox launch
The list below is the events that have been available since Xbox launch:
Miramar - November 2021
Reno Stead - March 2022
Kingston Nevada - April 2022
Entebbe, Uganda - July 2022
First Flight Airport - March 2023

This really needs addressing - they’ve massively let their fanbase down here.
I for one will not be touching the new game after the way this has “not” been handled.
Not a way for 1st party developers to behave in my opinion

Please address this issue. I’ve spent thousands of hours on this game getting every other achievement! Let me have my completion please. I only have 1 Weekly Challenge left to do and it hasn’t been updated in over a year. This is supposed to be weekly…

To be fair, I think from the few comments I see on it, most MS Flight Simmers probably don’t care. Don’t get me wrong, I’m with you on it and I wish they’d fix it… but I kind of don’t see it happening. It would be nice if they’d fix Anemoi too… but that doesn’t seem to be a thing they care about. I’m not even 100% sure it’s broken. It might just be very very picky about something but I’ve flown the bush trip 3 times now…

I cannot fathom why the incorporation of the legacy events wasn’t used as an opportunity to (?partially) resolve the achievement issue; nor why 5 or 6 events couldn’t just be set up simultaneously - it’s not like custom worlds are needed to be built(!), pick an airport, a plane and make a thumbnail. Job done.

Very poor from Asobo not to resolve this achievement. Like so many of us on here (yes not the whole playerbase, but still a sizeable number), the Trueachievements community, and Xboxachievements… we enjoy playing this game but are unhappy that you have not ploughed any reasonable time and effort to ensure there are weekly events that lead to completing 10 for the Decathlon achievement.
Just recycle the existing ones on a rolling weekly basis, thats all you need to do. You doing weekly updates-add ons etc that are on the Xbox XS platform so you’re still garnering attention to this game. Clearly.
Don’t sit there trolling us with the spotlight events content saying yeah here you go and then go say ‘events don’t count towards this achievement’… its really not fair.
Please just fix it… because if you do then there will be many us - yes I am speaking for the many - that will go out and pay good money for MSFS 2024.
Unfortunately, if you don’t, we won’t pay, and we won’t play. It’ll just be a race to the bottom in your development when the 2024 playerbase could have been that much more.

Its astounding how they’ve just ignored this for 2+ years - refusing to acknowledge the problem and even releasing a content pack which doesn’t count

I’m also requesting for a correction of this bug. Asobo needs to add fresh content more regularly.
It’s not only for the achievement hunters. I’m pretty sure that even simmers who don’t care about achievements would like to see fresh content more often !

There is an upcoming Q&A Stream on Twitch.
Now there is also a form in the current MSFS Development Update, which you can fill out, to ask questions for the upcoming Twitch Stream on 11/29.

Please use it and ask for the implementation of more achievement relevant weekly landing challenges and a fix for the currently bugged bush flight achievements.
The more people this form are using, the more is a chance to raise awareness at the right places.
With the MSFS 2024 on the horizon, the time is slowly running out, to get it fixed in our favor.
Just a reminder: even if I’m frustrated as well, try to be polite. Insultings aren‘t helpful in our case.

You can not vote, until you met certain requirements, e.g. „read for x minutes in the forum“ or „opened x topics“

They do add content more often. We just got a bunch more of it! It just doesn’t count toward the achievement unfortunately…
I have done so.
Maybe try to ask on Twich on their livestream.

I hope the Devs will allow the Decathlon achievement to be obtainable before the release of the new Microsoft Flight Simulator.

When does MSFS team will correct the Decathlon achievement that is unobtainable by all users, including the achievements hunters community that spend hours playing MSFS?
Recycling past weekly activities would be enough so no new development is needed, the community is waiting since 2021 with almost 6k views on the main bug-logged related topic ("Decathlon" Achievement is unobtainable).
We don’t know what to do since 2021 to raise this issue at a higher level.

I added a question for the livesteam as well. Please, as many as possible, ask the question since they will only use the questions that are asked most often.
Also, anyone on the SU14 beta? Does it seem like there’s a new spotlight event to be included in SU14?
Edit: I joined the beta to check, and it’s still showing the previous spotlight challenge so I’m not too sure. If they stop developing MFS2020 before I can get this last achievement, I’m going to be really upset lol…

They abandon us in march 2023 (last Spotlight Event). 5/10 Spotlight events on xbox.
