I understand your skepticism but your picture is literally a texture issue where you downloaded incomplete texture data, or would have needed to wait longer for it to load.
That too is annoying and an issue, but it doesnât seem related to Xbox or PC⊠just slow servers, which have been a common problem for almost anyone since launch.
Those jagged runway stripes are a telltale sign.
Often you can just pause and watch the high res texture tiles slowly load in when this happens, or restart the flight to perhaps trigger a better texture download.
Annoying but at least this seems to be less common with each passing day.

The three screenshots are from the Glacier park World photographer challenge. I never got around to the challenge but I saw that lake with the fabulous reflections and had to land. I even lowered my gear in the water and taxied up onto a nice area of the shore and then went back in the water. True amphibian. The plane behaved very well and I had to avoid boulders but it was really fun.

I agree violently with everything you said, but am wondering about this:
What other civilian sim is going to release that would offer even 70% of what 2020 offers in graphics, realism and scope of the world? Surely nothing like this is planned? Would be nice though!

It is sad that complete game breaking issues in VR are ranked Below TOO Bright Lights⊠Frankly I donât care lights are too bright but they amassed 443 Votes to 185 votes on broken EFB that make flying in VR intolerable. The Ranking system in the Bug Report is USELESS! You literally canât fly Career mode in VR.
Apart from what has been said and shown, none of the streaming issues are solved in Germany. Iâm trying to load any flight for 45 minutes now but remain stuck in main menu.
This is really rather unfortunate as I am loosing patience. Starfield tonight thenâŠ

Many of the people here FLEW those planes when they were nearly new.
In 2007, I met a Boeing B314 Captain at an Avsim Conference, and had a long conversation with him, sadly only a little bit about the B314, but, about some development he was doing in FS2004/FSX as he was still a flight instructor, using FS for instrument failure training, along with other things.

âA 25 hour downloadâ in perfect conditions. Iâm sure that 25 hour download would have been a 7 day download during the bad times.
Iâm not having any streaming issues on my PC, no blurry textures, itâs working great for me. I actually like the new streaming model. Iâm sorry itâs not working so well for you.

Backlash was inevitable and deserved but not on a personal basis.
I have no doubt they worked hard on this and they are just people with lives and families; not mass murderers or worse, career politicians! 
I was disappointed that two things that were promised but absent from the release were not even mentioned.
Firstly the updated Satellite imagery being released to 2020 at the same time as 2024 launch.
Secondly the updated and new TIN (photogrammetry) that was said to be coming to 2024 (Double what was in 2020 according to Jorg)
Maybe it is in but there has been no mention of it or where the new and improved TIN is.
They said Miami wa sgetting new improved TIN, has it?

I donât see any of it. And the few semi official comments I saw & received imply itâs delayed. But yes, a clear comment from Jorg on it is whatâs needed.

no two systems are the same. Very unlikely that the RTX 4090 are at fault.
Having said that NVidia has released a new Games Driver today.

Hold OnâŠIm a little confused regarding members saying I just want to download my stuff from MPâŠBut you all ready have downloads from MP through 2020.
Just move it over to the 2024 community folder and it will load into 2024.
I use MSFS_Addons_Linker so i donât even have to duplicate the folders

Yes, I saw that it was just uploaded a few minutes ago. Very late this time though and normally I believe they were streaming live to youtube, not only uploading the episode afterwards. But anyway, great to get access to it finally.
