This drives me INSANE. We’ve reported this HDR bug (HDR does not fully implement when launching in full-screen) since day 1 of the beta 10 and literally nothing.
Sigh.

You have pointed out the last sentence. You are so right. People should know that we can’t have different driver for the same card. but we can have different tools for different use of the card. hope i am clear.
Initially HDR didn’t work at all and they “fixed” it in a later beta so you “just” needed the workaround. I’m still not sure whether they realize that wasn’t a complete fix…
In the content manager, downloading recommended updates.
Clicking FS-2020 to the background, bring it back to foreground, CTD!
that’s my point (of my frustration) – we’ve given them countless examples in the beta thread and no response.
@EnsiFerrum666 - it happens… just restart/reboot and it’ll be fine.

I have been using with windows 11 throughout SU10B, no significant difference from windows 10 in performance or CTD’s in the later beta releases.
Installed the usual windows update + restarted the pc and now no more crashes when clicking on fly
I know that i will be fine when restarting.
But it’s annoying to wait another few minutes while the magic happens during starting up the sim
I also did not cleared my community folder and I do not get any crashes

Is HDR working for anyone?
That was one of the items under the list of things SOLVED in this release of the Studio driver.
So it certainly is applicable.

This is an absolute mess! Prior to this update, I never had any problems. Now the graphics are terrible, yes I did install the new driver (studio) and I emptied the Community folder, etc….The frame rate is less than before….
I am in the process of adjusting everything to try and make the Sim usable…..I’ll get back and let you know if I was able to make this usable again…..
Edit… I am reinstalling the sim to see if I can get the sim usable with the prior driver….Stay tuned…
DX12 working good for me. Using Nvidia Studio Driver 517.40.
DLSS is still broken/blurry.

Maverick button now has second choise below. It’s there.
DUDE. Stop spreading such bad information. Whatever you seem to have got in your head is plain wrong. You keep talking about these vram optimizations. I am telling you and others have vouched. The new studio driver has made a MASSIVE difference in DX12 for me and others. It may not be your little optimization but its a huge jump and people should absolutely download and use that driver. If you don’t believe me, just download the driver and test DX12. Stop spreading bad info. You don’t sound smart.

maybe stupid, but i am also a bit confused.
I am since some days on 1.27.21.0. Is this still the final SU10 ?
I start the PC and sim today after 1500Z but there was not update.
I am still in Beta and did not leave.

I uninstalled the game this morning to have a clean install with SU10. I’m hoping I’ll have no issues. Just takes so long to download from scratch
