That’s not what nVidia say on their website. Guess you know best though.
Studio driver no one should install these, these are not the newer one that you get notification from game experience they are called GAME READY DRIVER for a reason, and you know when installing mixed driver you can have bad drivers installed or others not removed properly, you can have more issue then good, the hole studio drivers just make more confusion and can create issue.
make sure you’re not using reshade
thats why they have a driver called GAME READY DRIVER
“NVIDIA Studio Drivers provide artists, creators, and 3D developers the best performance and reliability when working with creative applications.”
“A new Spotlight Event landing challenge is available for you to fly, featuring the Cessna Citation CJ4 landing at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda. Due to the low cloud cover, this challenge requires the use of ILS in order to successfully land.” I clould not find this challenge.
So am I correct in saying that if you were already running the last Beta 1.27.21.0 there is no further update required ?
DLSS gives me a FPS boost of ~25 in the hangar. In the sim tho at LAX, I see no difference between DLSS or not.
DLSS set to quality. Render at 1440. Posting at 4k.
DX11.
I notice you conveniently fail to show where they said that both can be used for gaming.
Download finished now (I’m in Portugal). No issues, very fast (around 15GB of download). No time to test. STEAM version
I’m sorry but there’s really no basis to make such a definitive statement. It may need a patch or it may be triggered automatically by a newer driver
But this is not the driver you all are waiting.
Scroll up. That question has been answered several times.
Smoothest update I’ve had yet. I was in the beta so there was an “update” that literally took 2 seconds and then everything loaded up perfect. Quick circuit around the home base and all is good and smooth.
Nice work.
Here’s the thread. Since the final beta is the same as the release, same workaround should still help.
Is anybody playing the latest update with Windows 11? If so, how’s it performing?
I tried Win11 about a month ago and had far greater incidences of CTD with it, which seemed to improve when reverting back to Win10.
Now downloading updates from Content Manager.
They do for me!
This is a limitation of what DLSS can do on prerendered textures like the glass avionics, from what we can tell. Blurriness depends on the relative resolutions and is much worse at 1440p or 1080p than at Quality on 4K output. Ghosting on motion on the screens happens at any resolution. There’s no workaround on users’ end except turning off DLSS.
Asobo have expressed that they may be able to use some sort of “masking” to exclude glass avionics displays from the upscaling, but no firm word on whether this is feasible or when it would happen.
See thread from beta:
try DLSS set to Balanced or Performance. Keep in mind, DLSS only works if you’re GPU bound.
Ayy thx man!!
